We maintain an on-going database of over 50,000 client relationships from the industries that we serve. The depth and breadth of our candidate pool gives us the contacts, knowledge and relationships to close the candidate. On-going relationship building and candidate research are at the core of our business.
While we draw on our priority database of candidates, we will also source new candidates specifically for your search in order to ensure that we get the best match possible for your needs.
Our candidates undergo an intense screening process. In addition to meeting with the candidate, we interview previous supervisors, peers, subordinates and customers. We provide this information to our clients on our thorough Candidate Evaluation Report.

Through our customized search process we ensure that we are sensitive to the client’s needs. We are committed to providing an exceptional service for a competitive price. We charge only our agreed upon fee and pre-approved direct expenses during the term of the search. You are paying for your search not our overhead.
As a Client, What to Expect
The search process will look a little different depending upon the individual client needs. In general you can expect:
- One of our recruiters will meet with you to collect and discuss your candidate requirements and develop a search strategy tailored to your specific needs.
- We will create a formal Position Description and desired Candidate Profile to guide the process.
- Your recruiter will contact and evaluate the candidates that best fit the agreed upon Candidate Profile. Only after thorough evaluation will we present the most suitable candidates along with their resumes and Candidate Evaluation Reports—which include reference checks and verified immediate past compensation history—to you.
- With your approval, we will schedule candidate interviews and follow up to ensure that all questions have been addressed.
- Throughout the interview process we will function as intermediaries to assist both the client and the candidate to meet their compensation needs.
- Once the candidate is placed, we will conduct both Pre- and Post-Start Date Reviews.
